Although I know the author, I did not know the depths of her affinity to capture emotions through poetry. This was a most provocative read.
I am not a huge fan of poetry...But I LOVE this book!
From the moment you pick it up, you realize this is going to be something different.
Chapter four was written as if it came from my own thoughts, feelings and emotions. Maybe it's the different writing style compared to the other chapters, or maybe it brought out the romantic in me, that for years I have forgotten was there. Each poem touch a personal space in my life. A space filled with emotions, that the writer has somehow created words for.
All in all... I truly enjoyed reading this book and even if you are not a fan of poetry... such as I... I am more than positive you will find a chapter that was written for you.
